27th Edition of the Südtirol Gardenissima Canceled
Everything was set for the 27th edition of the Südtirol Gardenissima, but unfavorable weather and snow conditions did not allow for the safety of the 700 participants to be guaranteed.
Race director Giovanni Kasslatter, deputy race director Roman Niederkofler, and course setters Raimund Plancker and Karl Mussner worked tirelessly to find alternative solutions. Unfortunately, the snow and weather conditions made it impossible to carry out the 6 km race.
However, the Gardenissima Kids, scheduled for tomorrow, will take place as planned.
The organizing committee thanks all participants for their understanding and support and looks forward to welcoming everyone to the next edition of the Südtirol Gardenissima.
