The Nature of Data Provision
The provision of data marked with an asterisk (*) in the registration form is mandatory for the conclusion and continuation of the contract. Therefore, refusal to provide this data does not allow registration for the event. Your consent to the processing of data for direct marketing and profiling purposes is voluntary and does not in any way impede registration for the event.
Recipients of the Data
The data may be processed by external entities acting as data controllers, including, for example, authorities and supervisory bodies, as well as generally authorized public or private entities entitled to request the data.
Authorized Persons for Data Processing
The data may be processed by employees of the relevant departments within the Tourist Office Selva responsible for pursuing the purposes mentioned above. These employees have been expressly authorized for data processing and have received appropriate operational instructions.
Transfer of Personal Data to Countries Outside the European Union
The personal data collected through the registration form will not be transmitted to third countries and/or international organizations outside the European Union.
However, if necessary, the Tourist Office Selva may transfer personal data to countries outside the EU. It is already ensured that such transfers comply with applicable legal provisions. This can be achieved through the conclusion of specific agreements ensuring an adequate level of protection for personal data or by applying the standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data outside the EU, as provided by the European Commission.
Rights of the Data Subject - Complaint to the Supervisory Authority
You have the right to contact the Tourist Office Selva to:
- Access your data, correct, supplement, or delete them, as well as restrict processing;
- Object to processing in case of legitimate interest;
- Receive your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and, where technically feasible, transmit them to another controller without hindrance ("Right to Data Portability").
